Matt Damon’s Los Angeles Mansion Could Be Yours for $21 Million
Matt Damon is not sensation so Zen in L.A. anymore.
Previously this week, the 50-calendar year-previous actor listed his mansion in the upscale, celebrity-most loved Pacific Palisades community of Los Angeles for an inquiring cost of $21 million. Listing agent Eric Haskell of The Company, told the Wall Street Journal that Damon is advertising the residence simply because he and his loved ones not long ago decided to make New York Town, in which they own a rental, their most important home.
The actor’s more than 13,000-square-foot, a few-story Southern California mansion has 7 bedrooms and 10 bogs. The “Zen-inspired” assets, designed by Grant Kirkpatrick of KAA Design, features open-prepare residing spaces and an atrium with 35-foot mahogany vaulted ceilings, and a kitchen with custom-built mahogany cupboards and Bluestone countertops and stainless steel appliances.
There is also a game room, a bar, a wine room, and a large swimming pool and backyard with a kid’s enjoy space. Damon shares four daughters—Alexia, 22 Isabella, 14 Gia, 12 and Stella, 10—with wife Luciana Barroso. The out of doors spot also features a waterfall, a koi pond and Hawaiian-impressed Lanai, or coated patio.
