Trey Songz Arrested After Altercation With Cops at KC Chiefs Game
Trey Songz was reportedly taken into custody after an altercation with a law enforcement officer at the Jan. 24 Kansas City Chiefs football match.
The singer was in attendance at the recreation at Arrowhead Stadium when, according to online video footage attained by TMZ, he was included in a physical dispute with a cop. TMZ, citing a witness, studies that the confrontation commenced after Trey (née Tremaine Aldon Neverson) was getting “heckled” by followers at the rear of him in the stands, with the “Bottoms Up” star inquiring them to settle down. The witness went on to explain to the outlet that a law enforcement officer then approached Trey and allegedly started the bodily altercation, catching the 36-year-old R&B singer by surprise.
According to the witness, Trey’s reaction was self-protection. And, in the video clip footage, supporters can be heard saying that Trey did absolutely nothing mistaken as he is seen currently being taken away from the video game in handcuffs. TMZ, who also obtained Trey’s scheduling picture, experiences that he was arrested for trespassing, resisting arrest and for assaulting a police officer.
